Ayurveda is considered to be one of the oldest systems of healing, known to mankind. It has been in practice for more than 5000 years. Meaning of Ayurveda in the Sanskrit language is – Knowledge of Life. The principles of many natural healing systems have their roots in Ayurveda.
In Ayurveda main emphasis is laid on prevention. It encourages the maintenance of health by paying close attention to – balancing life energies through right thinking, diet, lifestyle and use of herbs.
Ayurveda provides deep knowledge, which enables to understand how to maintain the right balance between body, mind and consciousness, as per individual body constitution. It suggests changes required in lifestyle to bring about and maintain the right balance to lead a healthy life.
As everyone has a unique fingerprint pattern. Every individual has a unique energy pattern. Energy pattern is a combination of physical, emotional and mental characteristics. This energy pattern remains the same throughout life.
A lot of factors both internal and external act upon the body to disturb the balance and convert it into imbalance state. These factors include one’s emotional state, diet, food choices, season and weather, physical trauma, work and relationships. Once these factors are understood appropriate action is taken to minimize or nullify their effects or eliminate the cause of imbalance thus creating the right balance of energies as per original body constitution.
Balance <————————————>Natural Order.
Imbalance <——————————–>Disorder.
Health <————————————–>Order.
Diseas —————————————->Disorder.
There is constant interaction between order and disorder. Once the nature of the disorder is understood. Order is reestablished. Ayurveda treats and cures, taking care of all the aspects of life in a natural way.
Wishing all to be in a healthy state.
