In Ayurveda, it is believed that the human body is made up of five basic elements found in the universe as space, air, fire, water, and earth. these combine in the human body to form three life forces or energies called doshas. they control the human body working. they are Vata dosha( space and air) Pitta dosha( fire and water) and Kapha dosha (water and earth). each dosha controls different body functions And when the balance between theses doshas gets disturbed person falls sick.
